1.) Start with doing at least 30 minutes of exercise a day. I’m busy and found this hard, but what I’m doing is running around my community as fast as I can for thirty mins. listening to music.
2.) I like my food. What I’m doing is portion control and using all the food charts I can find.
3.) I post sticky notes randomly in my stuff with exercise instructions on them. I got this idea from a really good fitness blog. Message me for her url.
4.) I found this the hardest. Love yourself. Before you try to get ready for summer, look in the mirror everyday and point out all the features that you love about yourself. For me it’s my eyes.
5.) Have a mental health day. At least one day every two weeks pamper yourself. Paint your nails, meditated, have a bath (not a shower), read a book and take a break for social media websites.
6.) Make a board with pictures of all the things you want. Put quotes and things that inspire you on it, as well as your current goal is. Every day look at the board and imagine yourself as all those things.
